Easy Thumbprint Cookies

  • Spoon cooled jam into every thumbprint, filling them to the highest.

  • Bake for 9 (delicate) to 11 (crunchy) minutes till edges start to brown. Allow to chill for 5-10 minutes, then switch to a cooling rack and permit to chill fully previous to serving.

  • Best saved in an air tight container within the fridge as much as one week.
